Just moved into a new house and one the garage door spring is broken. Looking for quotes to fix. (Supply and install) I’m happy to replace all 4 if they need doing, advise is greatly appreciated.

I attempted to install a Chamberlain Roller Lift Plus on my Roller Door. When testing the up/down after install, the door ballooned and got off track. I would love someone to bring the door back into working order and install the Chamberlain opener

I need a house load of door handles installed. 14 x handles, strikers and striker plates, 1 x cavity slider privacy set and flush pull handles. The face hole and latch hole have already been cut. So it’s just the install, rout striker and latch plate. 1 x door needs to be trimmed down. 1 or 2 doors need hinges changed to lift off hinges (I have on site) Would prefer a qualified carpenter, someone who does this day in day out, uses a router etc.

Door is lowering over time and too low for door lock. Likely at the hinges.

I have my security door off its rollers and it doesn't want to be put back on and roll properly open and closed. I need someone to fix this please.

Our door handle has come loose and has come off the door. I’m having trouble lining up the handle and screws properly to reattach it. Looking for someone handy who can come and fix it so the handle is secure and working properly again. You may need to realign the handle mechanism and screw it back into place. Should be a quick job for someone who knows what they’re doing.

We have a cavity sliding door to our onsuite that has dropped and is now sliding on the floor and misaligned with the lock/latch. The door can be adjusted by using a special cavity slider angled spanner

Need a few jobs done. Might be a half day. Main task: dog proof yard. Install tough mesh under fence gaps throughout back yard. May be around 10m. And box in corner at side of house, preferable using wood (see pic, we currently have a black gate type thing across the side of the house). Then. Replace two fence latches.
