The doors are glass and we are unsure about if we should get a new bit of glass put in with a flap or cut the existing or if there is an extension out there than can be done? Need handyman to install shelves on existing metal strips in two areas on mezzanine (Have pulled down from another retail area). BUT Between 4-6 of the longer shelves need to have grooves cut / be notched out out to fit storm water drain downpipe and HVAC ducting. See photos of downpipes in this listing. No notching required on other wall - just need cutting to size. We have L Brackets with ledges as well as screws to suit both widths of shelves We will move all items that are sitting in front of the strips to allow clear access. Shelves currently at back of property, where cutting can take place. Plenty of space to work We can provide help moving finished shelves to area of install (up one flight of stairs) if absolutely needed. Ideally done on a Monday. Not urgent. If job is successful, likely lots of other work to follow. Must have experience with hand tools, strip shelving and brackets. Located in Virginia, indoors.

I have a few drilling tasks to hang and fix homewares/furniture 1) screw small shelf to conc wall 2) hang art work x 4 (2 x pictured only) 3)screw fix compact lam top to steel base Items 1 and 2 are super easy, you just need a drill/plugs for plasterboard (hanging art frames) and a drill/plug to hang a very small shelf on an outdoor conc wall. Item 3) I need someone who can drill holes into compact laminate table top to allow fixing of a table base. (The current holes in the compact top don’t match the base and need to be re-drilled) I will send photos of each item in the morning and post for all interested in job

The wooden paneling above my sliding door has come loose on one side. It is the paneling that my roller blinds are screwed into. The long panel is in a narrow space between the wall and the door (hopefully that makes sense!).

Description: My bathroom sliding door is not shutting completely. It has two rollers on top, but one of them has a loose screw, causing the door to tilt and touch the ground on that side. I believe fixing or replacing the roller should solve the problem. Looking for someone experienced in door repairs to: Inspect the roller mechanism. Tighten or replace the loose roller. My garage door suddenly wouldn't open yesterday. I checked it myself. When I press the button, the garage door's pull rod moves slightly, attempting to pull the door, but it seems unable to move it, then it stops again after 1-2 seconds. I restarted the power supply, but it still doesn't work. The house is about 10 years old. Payment will only be made on the condition that the repair is fully completed and the issue is completely resolved.
