Wardrobe sliding door keeps coming off tracks

Two tasks: 1. repair/replace door jamb that was damaged due to a leaking shower. Shower has been resealed but door frame suffered moisture damage. 2. Bottom part of wooden post on front patio has suffered moisture damage- again either a repair or replacement as needed. Will cover cost of new door jamb/post if required in addition to labour

Repair an internal door hole, the door is hollow and looking for someone to fix the hole fully. For reference the hole has a 5-6cm radius

We need a door similar to the one shown in the picture. Dimension is 2.8x1.2m

Replace all of the sealant (i can provide sealant remover) without damaging the wall or the tiles. This is a long, slow job as it requires scraping, application of the remover and scrubbing. The sealant lengths measure in metres. 4.3 m 4.6 m 1.64 m 2.6 m 2.0 m The final section doesn’t require removal just filling with preferably concrete, or if needed sealant or grouting into a 2.5 m length that is 30 cm wide to provide a full seal. This area is hard to access due to the narrow gap between the house and water tank.

The handle and lock of the door is missing and broken. Part of the door is broken. Needs to install a new handle and fix the broken part of the door.

Need shower screen seal and frame fixed , fram and seal came off … bottom and side tracks needs fixing .

Need to replace door trim between carpet and tile. The wood under might need ripping up.

My garage roller door is getting stuck and not rolling properly . The door should not be forced. Looking for an experienced garage door technician to inspect, diagnose. Please bring your own tools and have experience with roller doors.

2 bedroom doors, located side by side wont latch shut. I tried playing with the door hinge screws which worked for about a month, but now its gone back to how it was -- wont latch shut. Wondering if anyone knows a simple fix, like maybe a strike plate with a bigger hole might work? Thoughts from the experts...?

Sliding door is not working properly

Remove door from hinges, shave bottom to provide clearance to new floor and replace. Test clearance level. Confirm not scraping.
