Hi there, ​I am currently recovering from an injury and am unable to use one of my hands, so I need a reliable handyman to assist with two simple jobs around the apartment before the colder weather sets in. ​The Tasks: ​Window Insulation: Apply an EPDM sponge to the right vertical side of a window sill to act as temporary weather insulation, as the window is stuck a little bit open and I'll hire a handyman to fix it properly later. You don't need to do the whole sill, just that one side. Note: I already have the EPDM sponge ready to go, and it has an adhesive backing so no additional glue is necessary. ​Mount Bedroom Heater: Securely mount a heater to the bedroom wall. I already have the heater here, and I believe it comes with wall mounting brackets in the box. It also comes with castors, which will be our Plan B if wall-mounting ends up not being possible. I have a stud finder available for you to use. ​Tools and Hardware: Please note that I will only be providing the EPDM sponge, the heater (along with its included brackets and castors), and a stud finder. You will need to bring your own tools and any other necessary materials (such as your preferred screws or wall anchors for the heater, just in case the supplied ones aren't suitable) to complete the work. ​Location is an apartment in Belconnen. Please let me know your availability!
