My remote-controlled garage door goes down normally, but when opening, it stops about a quarter of the way up. Made my day , I start with a small budget , in hope I can get a good offer and not be ripped of like in past a few times , but once you are legit , I will pay cash if needed to fix anything fairly ! Glass sliding door roller is worned out and doesnot roll so open the door it needs to be lifted and rolled on one roller. A fly screen mesh of one of the window is damaged and needs to be changed as well.

Purchase from bunnings a new pantry door to kitchen area after checking dimensions at property. Install new door with handle and hinges. Paint new door to estimated colour as other cabinets (close as possible doesn’t have to be exact colour). Bunnings is 7 min drive from house. Photos shown is old door which is fallen off. This door needs discarding also.
