The Problem: - A bracket on the inside of the roller door mechanism has broken. - I have attached pictures showing the exact bracket and the extent of the damage. The door frame at the bottom has some wood rot needs replacing. This is causing the security door to not close/lock properly. Also looking to seal the whole door. So rain can not enter from the bottom or around the edges of the door. Painting can be included or I can paint the timber before install.

Purchase from bunnings a new pantry door to kitchen area after checking dimensions at property. Install new door with handle and hinges. Paint new door to estimated colour as other cabinets (close as possible doesn’t have to be exact colour). Bunnings is 7 min drive from house. Photos shown is old door which is fallen off. I have taken the old door handle off. Need the new handle put on. The holes for bolts for the previous handle are vertical, but this handle needs holes aligned horizontally. Also the hole for the latch needs to be a bit bigger to accommodate the new latch.
