Garage door chain is not moving

The large heavy sliding doors require fixing or replacing. The doors are stuck open and sometimes run off the track half falling off. Happy to purchase what is required when advised.

The bottom panel of the garage door is bent/deformed, causing the door to not function properly. The panel will need to be either repaired or replaced: If replacement is needed, the new panel will also need to be painted to match the existing colour (paint will be provided by us).

Front door frame has been compromised and needs replacin. The wood panel on the side where the lock part of the door goes has been cracked and nails will not hold it where it needs to be so needs a new wood panel. Need to be able to lock. A new key system to be installed also please.

We have a recently installed Mitre 10 (principle Kitchens) lazy Susan cupboard where the door falls of or the door hits the top internal bracket when turning. Needs to be inspected and repaired.

I tried to hang a new internal door but it needs to be plained and fitted properly.

Supply and lay mortar to infill the opening with owner-supplied bricks. Match existing brick bond/pattern and mortar colour/finish. Tool and clean joints to blend with surrounding brickwork. Install studs and re-sheet the opening with fibre-cement (FC) board. Notes: The door and frame will be removed and disposed of before your arrival I plan to supply the bricks, which I believe are Ocean Mist bricks from DDBS, https://www.ddbs.com.au/ at approximately $1.60 each The area is easy to access with power and water available

Door and door jam have been purchased and door requires installation in a hallway area.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to assist with a few small installation jobs around the house.
