Need two existing external timber entry doors replaced at a rental property in Capalaba. I’m planning to use Hume Lincoln XL2 external doors or equivalent, approx. 2040 x 820 mm. Happy to supply the doors and hardware myself, or consider supply-and-install if you can source them competitively. Hinges can be reused if suitable or replaced if required. Paint both new doors with Dulux Monument to the exterior face and Dulux Lexicon Quarter to the interior face, semi-gloss, including appropriate primer/undercoat and two finish coats. Please advise whether paint is included in your offer or needs to be supplied separately. This is a rental, so I’m after a neat, durable, cost-effective job, not premium hardware or an overcomplicated finish. Decent-quality locks and deadbolts are required.
