The right catch has broken off the concrete post due to reinforcing bar rusting and expanding. The post will have to be ground back and the old latch (still useful) concreted in place. A skilled handyman/builder is needed. This is beyond my skill level but not beyond an experienced builder/handyman. The two attached photos explain a lot.

I need my new internal doors hung up in 3 rooms, And new handles installed also.
