Looking for someone practical and experienced with signage installation to help install new signage at our small business premises in Belmont, Brisbane. We’ve already purchased all the signage and it’s ready to install! The adhesive vinyl signage is the correct width. The height is approximately 50mm different from the existing signage, but that’s completely fine. What we need help with: 1. Measure and install existing signage * Existing outdoor signs are approximately 2–3 metres high and too high for me to reach. * Bring a suitable ladder to check measurements and positioning. * Install the new adhesive vinyl over the existing outdoor signage. * Ensure everything is applied neatly, smoothly and professionally. 2. Troubleshoot installation if needed * Work out the best way to position and apply the vinyl. * The approximately 50mm height difference shouldn’t be an issue. * Happy to consider practical solutions, including minor adjustments or backing material if needed. * Ideally achieve a neat, professional finish using the signage we’ve already purchased. 3. Install additional signage * Hang a 2000mm × 1000mm outdoor vinyl banner with eyelets. * Help install and position an outdoor flag banner. * Ensure everything is securely mounted and suitable for outdoor conditions. What you’ll need: * Your own suitable ladder (signage is approximately 2–3m high). * Experience installing signage or applying adhesive vinyl. * Tools for measuring, trimming and installation. * Ability to troubleshoot and come up with practical solutions. * Comfortable and equipped to work safely at height. My remote-controlled garage door goes down normally, but when opening, it stops about a quarter of the way up. The chain has recently come off and was put back on, so I need someone experienced with garage door openers to inspect and repair/adjust it properly. Please provide a quote for the job. Today I decided to buy a brand new motor, as they don’t make boss garage anymore, best decision I ever made , and I only asked for a callout to do the settings, the new box and to install cost 1200 , he did it in 40 minutes, it makes no sound whatsoever, u don’t even know it’s going up and down . Made my day , I start with a small budget , in hope I can get a good offer and not be ripped of like in past a few times , but once you are legit , I will pay cash if needed to fix anything fairly ! ( that’s how you get connections for work .. and more jobs ) 😜

Glass sliding door roller is worned out and doesnot roll so open the door it needs to be lifted and rolled on one roller. A fly screen mesh of one of the window is damaged and needs to be changed as well.
