Med size dog door in glass laundry sliding door 198cm x 70 cm

Hi, Looking for someone to properly install my hakuna dogdoor at my rental property. Have tried myself but unfortunately have been unable to install properly. I believe door lock latch may be the issue as it seems a fraction to wide for the dog door frame. Hoping for someone with handyman skills to rectify the issue and get this finally installed.

The brand is a large La Luna dog door, it comes with 3 extenders to reach the maximum of 2.4m. Can send instillation videos it and it does come with instructions in box. It is pretty straight forward.
