I need a bedroom door and its lock fitted. Tasks Required: 1. Use a trim router on the flush door to cut three horizontal grooves on each side. The rest of the bedroom doors were also flush with 3-line pattern added later due to shortage of materials at the time. 2. Cut the door sides slightly to fit the frame, if needed. It seems that the current door height was adjusted only by a few millimeters. 3. Fit the door and the lock. 4. Ensure the door fits the frame correctly and opens and closes smoothly. Notes: - Door Size: 2340x820x35 - Existing lock and hinges can be reused. - No painting required. - My preferred option is a simple primed flush door supplied from your side, but I can also try supplying the door.

Need someone to fit seal onto the bottom of garage door. Old rubber seal has been removed and require new one to be replaced with.
