Replace all of the sealant (i can provide sealant remover) without damaging the wall or the tiles. This is a long, slow job as it requires scraping, application of the remover and scrubbing. The sealant lengths measure in metres. 4.3 m 4.6 m 1.64 m 2.6 m 2.0 m The final section doesn’t require removal just filling with preferably concrete, or if needed sealant or grouting into a 2.5 m length that is 30 cm wide to provide a full seal. This area is hard to access due to the narrow gap between the house and water tank.

My garage roller door is getting stuck and not rolling properly . The door should not be forced. Looking for an experienced garage door technician to inspect, diagnose. Please bring your own tools and have experience with roller doors.

2 bedroom doors, located side by side wont latch shut. I tried playing with the door hinge screws which worked for about a month, but now its gone back to how it was -- wont latch shut. Wondering if anyone knows a simple fix, like maybe a strike plate with a bigger hole might work? Thoughts from the experts...?

Sliding door is not working properly

Remove door from hinges, shave bottom to provide clearance to new floor and replace. Test clearance level. Confirm not scraping.

Two mirrored bathroom cabinet doors with Salice hinges (see pictures) that slot and pop in need to be returned to their rightful positions. I accidentally triggered the pop mechanism on one and had the do the same on the bottom to prevent it crashing down. In order to work out how to put it back, I used another one and they are too heavy to put back myself. No broken hinges / doors. Thanks for any help! Kelly
