I'm looking for someone to complete two minor handyman jobs: 1. Fix jammed ensuite sliding door The sliding door is currently out of alignment/not level. It opens approximately 2/3 of the way before the bottom of the door starts dragging against the floor and becomes stuck. I'm hoping this can be realigned/adjusted, but please be able to assess and repair the roller/track as required. Photos attached. 2. Replace stairwell downlight Replace one downlight/bulb located above the staircase. I already have the replacement bulb. The light is approx. 4.95 m above the bottom step, so you will need to bring your own appropriate ladder/access equipment suitable for use over a staircase. Photos attached for reference. Ideally looking for one person who can complete both jobs during the same visit. Please let me know in your offer if you have experience repairing sliding doors and have appropriate equipment to safely access the stairwell light.

The wardrobe glass sliding door frame has fallen off, the frame infill has glued before but didn’t work. The sliding door frame infill may need to be replaced.

I need my garage door serviced including the possible replacement of the motor unit. Its a Napoleon unit that I understand is no longer available. The belt has a bunch of teeth missing and its no longer fully retracting, When it was last serviced I was told it would need the entire unit replaced so I guess that is what I am now up for.
