Install a tall cat door insert to our loft apartment sliding door. All accessories have been purchased.

The emergency exit door push bar has detached from the door of Carlile Swim (swim school). This needs to be repaired today to secure the premises this evening. Swim school closes at 6.30pm.

The porch ceiling has a gap that needs replacing and painting. The task is not an easy patch up as there is a lot of water damage and the timber in the balcony has started to rot. The gyprock is bowed and replacing it without replacing the timber framing won’t hold so it’s not a simple patch up job. In saying that, it’s not a large area.

Location: East Brisbane Sliding door flyscreen panel Frame size: 261 cm (H) x 121 cm (W) Mesh is torn/loose and requires replacement and refitting Aluminium frame is in good condition and can be reused Please bring all necessary tools. Advise if new mesh or additional materials are required.

Install two new exterior doors (both are 820x2040). Door frames are already in place, so swap out. Need to drill for lock set and dead bolt for each, which I will have. I also have hinges. Doors are 30KG each. One is front door and the other is side entrance door.

I need my garage door serviced. It’s a panel lift door with a Napoleon lifter unit. I’ve recently added some insulation to the door so it may need to have the spring tension adjusted. There’s also quite a few missing teeth on the belt so that may need to be replaced.

(Happy for doggy door to removed and replaced by plain mesh) Remove old kitchen blind and replace with new one. This will need to be cut to fit as blind is 180cm W and space is 177cm.
