Needing door and door framing fixed

I need someone to patch two screw holes that need to be filled with fire proof mastic filler (it is front door and fire proof). You can get it from Bunnings. The door is a front door of a unit, I hope it can be done without painting the whole door. But if we have to that’s fine. I am hoping to get this done asap and working with my real estate to get back in to rectify. I want a professional and someone in the industry as it is for an exit of a rental so needs to be a polished job.

The door to my balcony requires a slight repair. Firstly the timber at the bottom needs repairing (I will add a picture to show the damage) and secondly, there is only a door handle on the inside not the outside - meaning it’s very easy to get locked outside on the balcony. I’m looking for someone who can repair the damage to the door and to put a new door handle on /lock etc on the outside so it can open from the inside and the outside

I’m looking for someone to hang a full length mirror (purchased from IKEA) on the inside of my wardrobe door. There is already one mirror hung on another closet door (which you’ll see pictured) but I can’t open the door because the bedside table is in the way therefore I need a second one hung.

I need someone to remove a mounted full-length mirror on my wardrobe closet door and re-mount the mirror on a different closet door.

We’ve had to replace an old clothes dryer but the new one delivered today is about 2-3 cm too wide to fit through the entrance to the laundry alcove in the bathroom. The problem being a redundant frame of what was a folding door to hide the equipment. If that frame was removed I believe we could fit the new dryer. It’s important we try as apparently there are no narrower dryer models available on the market today. Is anyone interested in assessing the feasibility of this job (paid, of course), with view (of course) to taking it on if do-able? We are in the Bondi Beach area.

Also, there's a problem with one door, it’s scraping the floor when opening.Looks like the hinges only have one screw each instead of four, so the door can’t stay aligned or lift properly. I’d like it lifted slightly or adjusted so it opens smoothly and quietly. 3. Reposition this picture a bit lower, only if it won’t expose a hole above. 4. Remount a solar camera — needs to be moved to a new spot with better sun exposure. Please bring your own tools. On-site parking is available.
