I plan to replace a nearby toilet with a shower so I need to upgrade the size to at least 80 litres and to run an extra hot water pipe to a shower mixer. I will manage the construction of the shower, I just need water in the right place. Since I don’t have a good plan of attack I will pay $50 for a site visit to assist in design and quote. One of my storm water pipes has detached from the gutter and also has insufficient clips to the wall. Need help to reattach and ensure there's enough fall for the water to flow.

I need a handyman or somehow with a little know-how to help fix a shower diverter knob. The metal diverter knob that changes the water flow from the main showerhead to the hand-held showerhead is stuck and won't budge. The task requires someone to successfully "unstick" the control knob so that it functions properly. The previous owners of the home have told me that it used to function just fine they just very rarely used it. I'm assuming this will be a pretty quick job for someone with a can of WD-40 or other lubricant and a little elbow grease. I need a plumber to come and change over my kitchen tap head in my kitchen. I have the new tap head, it just needs to be changed over. Attached is a picture of the old/current tap and the new tap I have purchased to be replaced.

I have a water tank and pump set up that is supposed to kick in when we flush the toilets only and use the rain water. However at the moment it engages and then doesn't switch off.... Essentially there must be a trickle in the line that is keeping the sensor thinking that it needs water. I'm keen for someone to have a look and figure out the issue by inspecting the pump connections for leaks as well as looking at the two toilets to see if they are the problem.
