Hi, Out toilet is leaking water some times. I need to fix the internal valve. It might need replacement.

The drain in my sink is blocked. The water is partially draining. I’ve tried all the home remedies. With the natural ones to draino to the squishy thing to the long thing down the drain. It’s still blocked so I need someone with tools to take out the drain or the s- bend, whatever to unblock it.

I would like someone to re-grout some of my bathroom and kitchen. I have large tiles and I don't need the whole area done, just some spots (see photos). In detail they are 1) The area under the shower connection, 2) Area around bath taps, 3) Area above end of bath, 4) Line just about kitchen sink. Also, I don't have any equipment for this job, I'd be happy to purchase consumables but not tools. Earlier and later in the week can work as well.

We have demolished a home in preparation for a knockdown rebuild. We went on the block and have found a problem area where water seems to rise when we dig down can’t walk on the soil as it will cave in. There seems to be a water leak of some Sort, but we don’t think there are any pipes on our property so we don’t know where the water is coming from. We are looking for a plumber to help Us work out the cause.
