I have a large drive up storage unit 10'x25' with a built in loft and a smaller unit 5'x10' next to each other. I am trying to downsize the smaller unit into the larger unit utilizing the loft area and getting rid of empty containers and condensing paper work, clothing, and some smaller household items. Requires overhead lifting and some patience with a senior gal who has arthritis, some cool old stuff to give away, and a good sense of humor.

We have a bin of clothing, electronics and some other items that we would like someone to post for sale on platforms such as eBay and handle all aspects, including shipping.

I am having a living estate sale at my home. I need items moved from inside my house, basement, and shed to bins and pallets outside. I have limited mobility and require assistance with getting the items that I am selling outside and set up for my sale. I need assistance with putting up a pop up canopy and possibly setting up a floor for a shed and assembling a shed kit. I need help getting things outside looking nice and any unwanted clutter removed and/or straightened up. I also need help lifting 3 appliances and a wood stove onto palates to sell. You can use my vacuum and cleaning spray but please bring stuff to mop. I just got home. I let my friend use my house for the last 5 days. She left not only a mess, but the door to the yard open and fruit on the counter and meat in the trash bin. Maggots. I’ve started cleaning them, but they just keep coming out and I just can’t do it it’s not like horrendous like a hoarder house not at all it’s just too much for ME. It’s not a huge space. I don’t know how far they got. I don’t think they got into my living room, which has the only rug ( but it’s a mess in there too). They are definitely in my dining area and kitchen and on the countertops. I need someone to make sure to get anything missed in the dining room, including cleaning those areas under the floorboards - it keeps showing up there even though I keep vacuuming - and obviously the counter and the kitchen and to make sure they didn’t get past the laundry room which is adjacent and to clean up and put in trash bags and out into the bins all the trash she left on the counters and on the floor . There are some blankets on the floor in the kitchen that have them in it, and I just need them put in the washing machine. I’ll deal with turning it on . And put all the dishes in the dishwasher. I’ll deal with turning it on just please get the maggots off ! I’m finding them as far as the front door under the mess she left to pick up the mail She left . And obviously to make sure the whole thing is like seriously cleaned. It’s really not a large space (see photos) AgainAnd no, this lady is not my friend anymore! I have a little boy!!! Not hard, and I'll work with you. I had roofing done last week and need to sweep the garage AND garage rafters and put everything back in place. But I fell running last week and injured my knee, so I can't safely climb a ladder or carry boxes. I think it will take two hours or less.
