I'm hoping to have 1 pair of skis picked up at the ski manufacturer in Reno, Nevada, and delivered to a friends address in Truckee, CA, about 45 mins away from the ski shop. The ski shop in Reno where I'm looking for them to be picked up is only open Tue-Fri from 8am-6pm. The skis are 188cm long (roughly 6 feet), 110cm wide, and weigh 10-15 lbs total - they should be able to fit in any car with the backseat down. I've also attached a picture below for reference. Originally, the ski shop said they'd be able to fix them in a week, but it ultimately took 2-3 weeks, and now I'm out of town for work, and don't want the skis to stay in the shop for too long.
