We are looking for someone to help us get our back terrace/decking ready for the warm weather. It’s had a bit of a rough winter, so it needs some TLC and a good clear-out. What we need help with: The Big Clear: We have some old furniture boxes that were unfortunately left out in the rain. They are quite moldy and damp now, so they’ll need to be bagged up and taken to the dump. (Note: The cardboard is falling apart, so heavy-duty rubble bags are a must!) There’s also an old metal clothes rail to go. The Deep Clean: Once the space is clear, we’d love a deep scrub/clean of the wooden decking. The Extras: A quick wash-down of our outdoor furniture and a general sweep/tidy of leaves and winter mess. Access & Parking: Great news on parking: You can park your van right outside the deck for loading/unloading! Access: The terrace is accessed via the parking and right by the bin room. Nice and easy. Requirements: Please bring your own cleaning supplies. Please be a licensed waste carrier and include all disposal/tip fees in your offer. A little extra: We’re happy to provide plenty of tea, coffee, and snacks while you work! ☕️🍪 We’re really looking forward to having a sparkly deck again. I am removing garden waste, (soil, bricks and wood planks) from my garden and I am looking for someone who can help to remove the waste from the front of the house. I am looking for someone with a van or a truck and a skip. I have about 1 meter soil under the decking and some wood panels. We are flattening the ground. The waste includes: • Broken concrete slabs/blocks (from BBQ structure) • Wooden shed panels and timber pieces • A few black bags of garden waste Everything is already piled up and easily accessible from the garden. You will need: • A suitable small vehicle (van or truck) • Ability to safely lift and remove heavy concrete • Proper disposal of all materials
