I need someone to: Lift the sink back into position and support it Remove the old silicone and clean the surfaces Reseal with new neutral-cure sanitary silicone Fit or replace clips/brackets if needed so it holds the weight Disconnect and reconnect the waste and taps if required The photo shows the gap and old silicone residue. The chandelier is quite heavy so I imagine we will need to lift floorboards upstairs and either fix it to a joist or install a structural timber support. The ceiling is modern plasterboard.
