My small bathroom/WC needs its sheet vinyl floor fixed or replaced. The vinyl isn't stuck down and is lifting and buckling, especially along the back wall by the toilet. Edges curl away from the skirting, and the cut-outs around the toilet, basin pedestal and radiator pipes are rough with visible gaps. What I need: - relay the vinyl properly - Fit properly with adhesive, with neat cuts around the toilet, basin and pipes - Silicone seal around the edges, toilet and basin In your offer, please say whether materials are included and how long the job will take. Looking for someone experienced in fitting sheet vinyl to fit new flooring throughout most of a small 1-bed ground-floor flat. Approximate measurements: * Living room: 2.70m × 4.10m — approx. 11.1m² * Bedroom: approx. 2.64m wide × 4.39m maximum length — approx. 11.6m² * Kitchen: 2.90m × 2.00m — approx. 5.8m² * Hallway: approx. 2m² * Kitchen cupboard/pantry: approx. 1–1.5m² Total actual floor area approx. 31.5–32m². Measurements are approximate but should be reasonably close; happy for fitter to measure/check before flooring is ordered. The living room and bedroom have already had the old flooring removed and are currently down to the subfloor. The kitchen and hallway still have the existing flooring down, so this will need to be removed. There is also a small cupboard/pantry off the kitchen that I would like included which is subfloor. I will supply the sheet vinyl. Looking for someone who can: * remove the remaining old flooring * advise/do any necessary subfloor preparation * fit the new sheet vinyl neatly throughout * finish around doorways, edges, pipes etc. The flat will be empty, so access should be straightforward. I have bought a roll of Lino flooring online with some adhesive, and I’m not confident on fitting it. I’d be happy for it to be laid directly on top of what I have at the moment (vinyl tiles). Standard terrace house kitchen size. Unsure on going rate for this so please provide price in offer!

The room is 1.24m x 1.48m but the lino will need to come approx 17cm up the wall on all 4 sides (see image).

Install self adhesive vinyl flooring in living room bedroom and hall way

Looking for someone to fit vinyl flooring in my bathroom. I already have the flooring materials just need installation.

There is a tear in the existing linoleum/ vinyl flooring in the kitchen. The kitchen floor is roughly 1.4m x 2.5m I'm looking for someone to install the new sheet vinyl I've bought. There is a washing machine in the room that's installed behind some skirting board. When the last guy came, I held up the machine for him briefly while he slid the floor under. The boards underneath the sheet are not perfectly flat thanks to a previous leak that has since been fixed. I will: - Tear up the existing flooring - Move the fridge in advance of you getting here - Hold up the washing machine for you to get the sheet underneath - Remove and then reinstall the kitchen panels that will be in the way I just need someone to cut and install the new sheet. I have some spray adhesive also but obviously happy for you to use something else if you prefer. If any questions please just let me know. Chris

I’ve just moved into my new council flat. I need vinyl flooring for the whole flat. I am not allowed laminate or wooden flooring due to council rules so please don’t suggest that.
