Hi looking for a labour quote to fit retrofit underfloor water based heating on the floorplan attached excluding WC and utility room. The existing flooring is laminate/carpet on suspended wood/concrete. Scope of work will require existing floor removal and prep, installation of ufh and also laying laminate on top. Thanks Peri

Take up existing floorboards, batten out between joists and apply insulation, install UFH between insulation and dry screed layer and fix back down floorboards

Hi are you available to sort a minor leak already isolated and change a radiator to a towel rail please and change the cleaning fluid in boiler and have a look at 2 radiator s which are not fully heating 🙏

Downstairs radiator not heating up, inlet pipe cold. ?pipes need flushing as blocked. Tried moving Trv valve. Tried balancing all rads but not heat to that one at all

Towel radiator needs fixing. Heating element gone. If this cannot be fixed, need new radiator purchasing, installing and area repainting. Can pay more for the larger task.

Someone came to change thermostat as it was broken but when replaced it turn off heating at the house, he said didn't know what he was doing. then requested to put back the previous one to make it work but heating stopped working. Does anyone know how to turn on thermostat again? only need to turn on then will cover.

My built-in IKEA oven is not heating on the fan oven setting, but it does heat up normally on the conventional (top & bottom heat) setting. Oven light works Fan appears to run No heat when fan mode is selected Conventional mode heats properly From what I understand, this is likely a faulty fan oven heating element (rear circular element around the fan). the small screw, which holds up the heating element, has dropped out of the roof of the oven. It needs to be replaced.

Repressurised boiler this afternoon and pressure gone too high - requires water bleeding from system but I do not have the equipment to complete this task

we have heat pump system, and recently moved into the house, no heating is working, as previous owner accidently took part of the thermostate. i need somone who has experience, ot just turn up and charge visiting money.

Urgent must be today. We have a detached guest studio with separate heating/water We had a radiator removed and now water isn’t heating it’s probably as simple as a switch in our cellar or something but we aren’t familiar with the way it works

Some radiators are hotter than others and the hot water gets cold once faucet is closed even for a second.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
