Floor Preparation Apply self-levelling compound across entire floor (if needed) Prepare surface suitable for large-format tiles 4. Electric Underfloor Heating Supply and install electric underfloor heating system Include: Heating mat/cable Insulation boards (if required) Thermostat (preferably smart programmable) Must be compatible with tile finish 5. Tiling Install large format tiles (likely 1000x1000mm or 1200x1200mm) Full kitchen area to be tiled (under cabinets where possible or up to plinth – confirm approach) Ensure: Correct adhesive for large format tiles Minimal lippage (flat finish) Clean grout lines Include tile layout planning (centred preferred) 6. I need a cable installed for my underfloor heating mat in my shower room. Picture 1: shows the plug socket in the adjacent room, which I’m hoping you can run the cable from. Picture 2: shows the direction of the joists under the floor to help plan the route. Picture 3: shows the height where I need the cable brought up to feed through the wall so the thermostat can be installed on the other side. There is lots of room under the floor to pull the cable through

I need a plumber to check the boiler and heating system in a flat. It has not been used in over a year. Also, check for possible leaks in the bathroom.

The electric for my immersion heater has blown at the switch for the second time in a year suggesting there is a problem either with the wiring or perhaps the heating element in the tank.

1) Carefully remove all floorboards downstairs and set aside. 2) install timber battens between joists 3) install rigid insulation minimum 50mm thick between floor joist, above battens. 4) underfloor heating pipework installed between joists (materials supplied by us). Joists to be notched where required to allow pipework to pass through 5) dry sand a cement mix screed to the placed between joists above underfloor heating pipework and levelled flat. 6) fix down floorboards over the top of all, fixing floorboards into the joists.

1) There is no water pressure in bathtub shower of common bathroom 2) Flush tank of common bathroom toilet doesn't have pressure and needs replacement 3) Issue in couple of heating radiators (common bathroom, conservatory, en-suite bedroom, living room) which need bleeding or Drayton TRV4 valves to be replaced 4) The Aqualisa power showers in enclosed bath make a huge noise, need to be replaced

Heat only boiler. Pump works. Actuator changed. Hot water works fine, central heating will not come on.

Hi, I need an urgent visit from a Gas Safe Registered engineer to fix my Vaillant ecoTEC Plus boiler. ㅤ Currently, we have no hot water. The boiler display is showing a pressure of 2.8 bar, which is in the warning zone. I've just moved into a flat and need help to know how to operate the heating and cooker top. It's a Hisense cook top and a Range Tribune central heating system.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
