Hi, I need help with a few electrical jobs and mounting the TV. I will also need to speak with you, so that I can buy the right materials (as needed). I live in a ground floor flat and its a purpose build. I am flexible regarding date of work (weekend/ weekday) but will need a few days to order everything needed. I have a parking in the basement for a <2m height car, if you need to use. If you can please provide a realistic and best quote that would be much appreciated! 1. Replace existing downlights to LED (currently halogen) - 3x hallway, 3x kitchen, 4x bathrooms to GU10 and 4x below kitchen cabinet to . This job will need removal of existing transformers etc. I will need guidance if we should keep existing downlight or should entirely replace new downlights. a. Hallway, Kitchen ceiling downlights (total 6) - Currently MR16. I pulled one of the downlights to check, it has a separate AC transformer. So I assume each light will have a different transformer. Also, the holes for downlight are not in a perfect condition (once light is removed), so may need some filler/ support to put them in place. I can apply but will need you to appropriately apply any filler etc. so that lights are secured in place. b. 4x bathroom - Currently MR16. These will need to be replaced as per regulation (so appropriate IP rating) c. 4x kitchen cabinet - (G8 currently). All of 4 lights are currently connected to one transformer. The transformer will need to be replaced with a driver that works with LED lights. I think the the current fittings can work but need to find an appropriate G8 replacement . 2. New light fittings in the living room and removing existing fittings a. Currently we have two pendant lights, which will need to be removed and the gap filled in appropriately. b. Install 8 new downlights (including any wiring, making the holes etc.) + add a dimmer switch + add a new switch to operate the lights c. install another new light fitting above dining area withing the living room (still deciding but could be a spotlight bar or a pendant light) 3. Change 3x existing pendant lights with new ones. I have one replacement ready but need to buy two more. 4. Change extractor fan in one of the bathrooms. Current Airflow 100mm isn't working, not sure what the issue is. 5. Mount a TV in the living room. Its a drywall, so may need to find the studs. Additionally, need to discuss if there is a clever solution around adding a new switch next to the TV (current switch is in the lower corner of the wall) so that the wire doesn't need to travel all the way to the current switch. This wire arrangement is not absolutely necessary, so depends on finding a clever solution. Thanks

The wall mount I have purchased is the right VESA size (600x400), taking up to 60kgs in weight. You will need to bring a really good set of drill bits: it's a solid, hard, (brick) wall. The tube or a bus being the easiest to get here, as parking is a nightmare hereabouts. That's except for weekends, or evenings. I will help with lifting it up and onto the (fitted) mount, when it's completed. Previous TV wall mount nstallation experience is essential.
