5x boxes of timber floor strips. Per box: 63cm length, 28cm width, 10cm height

I want the existing surface removed and replaced with full timber decking across the garden. The ground needs proper preparation with a solid sub-base and treated timber frame. Along the fence, I want simple rectangular planter boxes only (no grass, no paving). The finish should be clean, minimal, and level, similar to a modern wooden deck. No built-in seating, pergola, or decorative features.

We need our garden decking replaced. All old decking and subframe have already been fully removed due to rot, so there is currently a level concrete base exposed. The job will involve: -Installing a new treated timber subframe, fixed to the concrete base -Laying new timber decking boards on top. It’s roughly the size of one car parking space. -Replacing the timber tops on two small existing brick borders (only a few decking boards needed for each I think) This is a straightforward, ground-level decking install (no old materials to remove).Photos show the area and borders as they used to look before timber removal. Remove eating double doors and hang new doors. Pull up existing carpet and lay new timber floor approx 2 x 1m

I need approx 45m2 of timber flooring (click connect) and underlay removed and taken away. Rooms will have no furniture so there is full access. Vehicle can be parked on the street for free on weekends Approx 40m2 of the flooring could be reused and is in reasonable condition. Areas consist of 2 bedrooms, hallway, 5 step stairs and kitchen/living area. The kitchen is staying in so the flooring underneath the kitchen units also needs to be removed. Timber boards and underlay sits on wooden floorboards which are fixed to joists. It is just the click connect timber flooring and underlay that needs removing. They come apart very easily.

Work alongside owner to remove and replace rotten timber decking planks on existing joist. Treat timber with presrvative and deck oil . Looking for handyman familiar with powered screwdriver, handsaw and paint brush.
