I have 25 bags of soil that need disposing of. They came from digging up a lawn to make a patio. They are in a garden with a 50 meter path to the street. A wheelbarrow is available for use. The bags are heavy. The street is in the ulez zone, not congestion. There is free parking on the street asmuns hill nearest the garden path except between 12 and 1pm, it is free and unrestricted in the neighbouring street erskine hill an extra 25 meters.
