We moved my mum (who is elderly) from one flat in a building (2nd floor) to a flat on the ground floor. All the large items were moved and the majority of the rest of the stuff. There are a few remaining items including the kitchen ware and some heavy books that need to be moved downstairs. Basically anything that's left needs to move downstairs. It's probably about 1.5 hrs work if you bring a couple of cardboard boxes to pack the glassware etc.
