Hire a rubbish remover for any job in Canterbury

I need a hand moving 4 large 90L moving bags and 1 medium suitcase from the ground floor of one block to the first floor of a nearby block in the same building (within 30 secs of each other). The items are not heavy at all-mostly just clothes and bedding -but there is one flight of stairs involved at the destination. No vehicle is required as it's a very short walk between the blocks. This should take no more than 15-20 minutes in total. I'm looking for someone reliable who is already in the local area to help with this quick internal move.
