Have a disassembled bedframe, some gym equipment, large shoe cupboard, plant pots, chest of drawers (disassembled) to carry up to the second floor. I'll be there but will need help.

I need help carrying a bookcase, double wardrobe and double mattress from the car park to the flat on first floor. Bookcase is 1.8m high and quite heavy - about 50kg. Wardrobe is a double but lighter say 30kg. I am moving into a first floor flat and need help with these bigger items up the stairs. Please allow 2 people for the job. Should only take 30mins.
