I’m looking for someone to sand down and refinish a desk that was just delivered to my home in Notting Hill. The current wood tone is too orange/brassy for my space, and I’d like it to be lightened to a more neutral, soft-toned finish – ideally something closer to a natural oak or taupe (nothing yellow, orange, or overly bleached).

- clean off mould in corner of room - where the walls and ceiling have holes or damage, refinish - repaint walls and ceiling - in a couple of places the skirting has been removed, (about 370cm total). Either replace skirting or make good on wall, whatever's more economical. - new carpet for whole room. Dimensions are 350x261cm - take away and legally dispose of old carpet Please supply all your own materials and tools. Paint to be white and carpets to be light grey. Cheapest possible. This room needs to be a usable bedroom for 6 months only. It does not have to be perfect, it just needs to be clean and tidy. Preference for early availability.
