**Updated Listing** I’ve purchased a Duronic 100″ 16:9 fixed-frame projector screen and a ceiling mount for a BenQ TH685P projector. Both kits come with all required parts. The job is to: – Assemble the Duronic screen frame (flat-pack style, with included parts). – Stretch and attach the fabric with springs (instructions provided). – Drill and secure the screen wall brackets, then hang the frame. – Ceiling-mount the BenQ TH685P using its mount (into joists or heavy-duty anchors — not plasterboard alone). ⚠️ Precision requirements (non-negotiable): – Screen must be perfectly level – Projector lens must line up with the centre of the screen horizontally. – Lens-to-screen throw distance must be measured correctly – Lens must sit about 2–3 inches above the top of the screen’s white area when ceiling mounted. I’ll be present to guide exact placement, but this job cannot be done by eye — it requires a level and tape measure before any drilling. Must use a spirit level! Notes: – Care is needed handling the white screen fabric (clean hands, no tools touching the surface). – Safety cable on the projector mount must be attached. – Should take around 2 hours with proper tools (drill, level, ladder)

We over pulled the screen projector and now it’s not going up.

Hello, our projector doesn’t work anymore. When turning it on, the light for the lamp is blinking red and the light next to the power button is on red. The lamp lights up, and you can hear the ventilation, I am not sure what is going on here but guess either the ventilator needs replacement or the lamp. Obviously if the lamp needs replacement we will buy the item, but would still require help exchanging it.

Church hall. Has a projector mounted in the ceiling (accessible by a normal ladder). Since the ceiling was replastered the projector mount is not sitting right. Have had to shrink the projected image as a temporary fix to get it low enough onto the screen - see attached image - but would like to get it properly sorted. Our best day for getting it looked at would be Wednesdays if possible please. (Please note may need to access loft space to adjust the bracket from above.)
