My TV broke, It was 13 years old so probably past it but thought it was worth a try. Jay was incredibly prompt and efficient. In the end we couldn't repair it, but he gave me a full account of what was needed to be done and the options and in the end we decided it was not worth it. But he did this in under 24 hours. Would recommend him and hire him again.

Hi a fault has developed on my tv where it's stuck on a boot loop or switches on and then off and restarts by itself. After 'The frame' welcome appears a glimpse of the home comes with the chime and then the screen goes off and there's a click that comes from the one connect box and the tv restarts again. Sometimes I have 3 seconds sometimes 1 minute. I believe the tv is up to date on firmware and software and i have replaced the one connect cable.
