Hi I have a Toshiba TV 43U2963DB from Cyber Monday November 2019. There are two issues. I was watching Netflix after an episode of Homeland, I went to switch the tv off but then the screen froze. The following is on the frozen screen Rate this title Back Watch Credit Next episode Second issue There is no sound on any of the HD channels and at least another 10 channels from channel 64 upwards. I used to have sound on all the channels up to recently. There was an update notice which kept appearing and finally last week. I pressed OK to update. Since then I have not had sound on these channels. I am not at all technical and did nit want to press or try anything just in case I made the situation worse and lost sound on more of the channels. Hoping you will be able to assist. Thanks
