We are looking for a decorator/handyman to carry out decorating works to a back-of-house hallway and stair access area within our café in Bournemouth town centre. Scope of works: * Fill and make good minor imperfections/cracks * Sand rough areas where needed * Caulk/tidy visible gaps and edges * Prepare walls ready for painting * Apply 2 coats of wipeable durable paint (paint supplied) * General tidy finish throughout Please note: * This is a practical refresh rather than a full refurbishment * Area is staff-only/back-of-house Access: Work must be carried out after business hours only, from 4:30pm onwards.

We have a large living room that needs walls, ceilings and skirting boards painted different colours - paint provided just need the work doing!

I’d like someone to come paint my flat. It’s a large 2 bed flat with 1 large bedroom, 1 small room, kitchen, long hallway, and large living room. Currently the walls are an off-white magnolia cream, with no cracks or water damage. I have already selected paint which will cover the whole flat in a single colour. Ideally, I need someone to do two coats of paint throughout as well as any pre-prep work. It will only be the walls, no door frames or ceilings. The bathrooms will also remain untouched. The flat is empty aside from a couple of bits of furniture so should be a straightforward set up and job. The size of the whole flat is roughly 732sqft with 3m high ceilings. So it’s quite large. *The images below are from when the previous tenant was moving out.

Painting 2.5 walls in a bedroom (one wall has a bay window, hence 0.5) Good pain job needed - but not required to be ultra professional. Two coats on walls 1 coat on the ceiling Approx 35-40sqm total paintwork. All paint is provided, please bring own rollers. Info : photos are before builders work. There is now no chimney breast. This wall won’t be painted. The room is empty. Sanding has been done already to all walls and primed.
