Find a professional painter and decorator in Kent

Hello, I am looking for a qualified and mindful decorator who can help me fix: Plastering defects on top of the staircase (three spots that were accidentally damaged by other worker); Prepare and paint staircase, which will need to be ready for runner carpet fitting; Fix all the skirting on the top floor (two bedrooms and landing, approx 28 sqm area) which were removed and nailed back after flooring installed.

Require someone professional to paint the external outside of a house. Must have the tools to get to the height. Will need to provide paint and all materials. Front and back required painting. In colour white.

I need someone to decorate a bedroom, walls, ceilings and skirting boards. Must be a professional and know what they are doing, so attention to detail is a must. As you will see from the photo one side of the wall had some skimming work done earlier this year, so must able to work with skimmed walls. Room will be emptied for the job. There is a part that has just been newly skimmed on the wall which you can see in the photos. I would like the wood work included also. I would expect any professional painter to fix any little holes in the wall as part of the prep, cover the furniture, and must be able to use their initiative.
