Hello, I am looking for a qualified and mindful decorator who can help me fix: Plastering defects on top of the staircase (three spots that were accidentally damaged by other worker); Prepare and paint staircase, which will need to be ready for runner carpet fitting; Fix all the skirting on the top floor (two bedrooms and landing, approx 28 sqm area) which were removed and nailed back after flooring installed.

As you will see from the photo one side of the wall had some skimming work done earlier this year, so must able to work with skimmed walls. Room will be emptied for the job. I am looking for a professional painter and decorator to decorate a living room. On completion of the work, there will be opportunity for more painting work, once done to a high satisfaction. There is a part that has just been newly skimmed on the wall which you can see in the photos. I would like the wood work included also. I would expect any professional painter to fix any little holes in the wall as part of the prep, cover the furniture, and must be able to use their initiative.
