Hang a full length mirror on the wall 180x90cm

Large mirror to be put up on wall- plaster wall which already has hole drilled into it but previous person didn’t have snap toggle to fix it in place. i don’t have a snap toggle so only people that have the correct equipment to get in touch. need to be careful and professional as rented property.

1. We need two small Set of Draws removing & disposing / you can keep them / resell if needed. 2. Fix electrics in bedroom (outlet is 'hot' and zaps me when touched) and two bulbs out in the bedroom which need to be fixed / changed. Also need help hanging a small/mediumish sized mirror and a small/mediumish sized disco ball, neither super heavy. We have a ladder but our ceilings are very low so might not even be needed. Please don't offer if your price ask is going to be wildly different than what my budget is. I have not gotten the electrics fixed for 1.5 years because I have never been able to afford it as I have been out of work for 6 years and now I have this amount I have saved up which I want to use for it if possible.
