I need someone to come and properly hang a mirror and two new shelving units for my wife’s dressing table. See picture of what it should look like when done. Guessing it will take 1hr - 1.5hrs tops … so budget of £25 per hour

I would like to hang two mirrors and one picture. The mirrors are not too large, easy to hold for one person. I do not have a drill or a wall scanner so the person would need to have equipment.

Fix electrics in bedroom (outlet is 'hot' and zaps me when touched) and two bulbs out in the bedroom which need to be fixed / changed. Also need help hanging a small/mediumish sized mirror and a small/mediumish sized disco ball, neither super heavy. We have a ladder but our ceilings are very low so might not even be needed. Please don't offer if your price ask is going to be wildly different than what my budget is. I have not gotten the electrics fixed for 1.5 years because I have never been able to afford it as I have been out of work for 6 years and now I have this amount I have saved up which I want to use for it if possible. Change 1 light switch, it's a replacement for light switch to smart switch? Do need blue wire I was told, please bring this with you, it's basically the blue wire which is used as the switched live (carrying power to the light) and needs a brown sleeve to show it's live, connecting to the L1 terminal, while the main brown live goes to the COM (common) terminal, and the earth (green/yellow goes to the earth terminal. Please let me know if you can do this, my husband did other 2 and its fairly straightforward he said, we just have not got tools anymore to change this. While the main brown live goes to the COM (common) terminal, and the earth (green/yellow) goes to the earth terminal. There are also some photo frames that needs to go on wall and 1 small shelf that needs to go on wall, and 7 photo frames and 2 battery wall lights on the wall. Max 2 hours.
