I want to add a separate lock to my bedroom door. The setup I’d like is: • Key from the outside • Thumbturn/twist from the inside • Keep my existing door handle exactly as it is (don’t want to swap handles). I’ll need you to recommend the right lock/deadbolt to buy for this job (so it matches the door and looks neat). Once I’ve bought it, I’d like you to come and fit it. The door is a standard internal wooden bedroom door - photos of the door provided *you will need to bring your own tools please*

I've lost my set of keys and on that set was my last bike key. Without that key I cannot unlock the D-Lock that's on my bike. I need The d-lock cut so I can access my bike again. It's a black hackney single speed bike.

Key is broken off in lock. Need it extracted and to see if we can get a new one cut.

Key broken in lock (due to heat) Very close to the entrance of the lock - can almost extract with scissors but unable to get a good grip on it. Lock taken off, needs to be screwed back in but not priority of the job

The front door handle on the outside has broken off. Don't think new handle is needed but clearly some part new placing.

The lock of the door keeps falling out as the wood seems worn out. The lock works well. It is the barrel section that is falling out. The screews are loose as the wooden door is worn out. The task is to ensur the barrel section attaches to the door.

Fix a door handle that’s come off bathroom door. Holes are too big and need filling properly for handle to be reattached.

The spring in the door handle is broken. The handle no longer rests in the correct position. It is an internal door without a lock.

Our front door has expanded with the heat and it is getting tricky to get both the yale lock to click shut. There is also a standard lock we cannot turn either.

We have a pocket door to one of the bathrooms in our office and the sliding mechanism is jammed so the door is stuck in this position.
