My lockbox is broken after a friend left and changed key by accident. Don’t care if you break lock box while opening it - just need what’s inside. It’s hanging on a railing on a front door.

I have a KeySafe C500 Pro safebox that i need installed next to my door on the street level. i'm not sure what the exterior material is but i think its brick. In addition to the keybox, i also have xl security screws and wall plugs, a masonry bit, a masonry drill and a screwdriver. (see attached photo) - Looking for tomorrow (friday) from 12 - 4pm. Scott

Need a handyman/carpenter to install a keyed lock on an internal storage room door. Existing door has a standard lever handle and tubular latch. I have purchased a complete euro lock handle, sash lock and cylinder set. Installation will require enlarging the latch mortice and drilling for the cylinder.

Internal lock to be changed - I do not have the new lock fitting myself. It just needs to be a key one side and a turnstile the other (how it already is, but replaced). Thanks for any help!

I need a keysafe removed and new one installed outside

I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom). EDIT: I would need you to provide all materials. You will need to coordinate with the tenants for access at a mutually convenient time. I will put you in touch once the job is allocated.

The door does not lock except with the key, and sometimes, it's difficult to lock.

I have two dremels where I think I have over tightened the bit too much. When I depress the lock button, and try and loosen with the wrench, the button pops back out. I can’t remove the bit in either dremel. I can drop off the pieces anywhere in east London if easiest.

the lock itself is fine however there is no retainer on the other side to trap the lock in place. It needs redoing.

We have two bathroom privacy locks which do not work properly (they were installed by a previous tasker). They do not lock properly and at least one of the doors swings open, because there is no latch, meaning the door is in the way of the corridor. I need someone to fix the privacy latches so that they lock properly to give the person in the bathroom privacy and adjust the doors so that they do not swing open when the door is unlocked.

The locking mechanism on our back door has jammed shut. We can no longer open the door. We have attempted to remove the handle ourselves but the screw has stripped so will likely need someone with specialised screw removal gear. Looking to get this task sorted out asap.

When a visitor presses the Door Entry button it buzzes in my apartment and the video screen shows me video of who's at the door.... when I press the open door button the door entry electric lock does not operate

Install Yale PBS1 lock on street door: Lock has been bought and partly fitted but it needs a mortice slot chiseled out of the frame and/or door. Repair splintered frame on internal door: Needs a small section of the door frame cut out, a new piece of wood of correct size for the hole glued in, filling, sanding, and the strike plate re-fitted. I have the lock.
