The specialist may move the aerator following a pattern that covers the whole lawn once. However, it’s not uncommon to go over sparse spots twice. Fertilizing the lawn

The Tasker may recommend either raking the soil cores and dumping them into a compost pile or leaving them to decompose and supply additional nutrients to your grass. Your Tasker can explain the benefits of either measure, and you can decide what to do from there. After you’ve agreed on the fate of the soil cores, your Tasker can go ahead with fertilizing your lawn. They can apply fertilizer, compost, sand, peat moss, or any combination of these to fill the holes and rejuvenate your lawn.
