- Removing earth to level out the garden into two tiers. Please see pictures attached with sketch of required work. (You will potentially need a jackhammer tool as there is quite some rubble which is not easy to dig through). - Disposal of the earth must be included in the quote, whether it be with a skip or not. - Laying of grass on the top tier (grass will be paid for separately) - Professionally built retaining wall between the tiers. Options must be discussed, I’d prefer a long lasting, low maintenance solution. - Options to cover and reinforce exposed fencing on either side. - Professionally laid out composite decking on the lower tier. This would be over the existing patio, but provisions must be made for covering the new area. - A double full width step between the tiers using the composite decking material - concrete bench to cover exposed back wall foundation, which will need finishing with decking material. - Levelling the drain in the middle of the garden. - Materials are not included for this revised task. 70% of the upper tier has already been dug out. See pictures - I expect more than a single person working on this to finish by mid November - I expect to meet anyone taking this job before I confirm the offer.
