We have 14 apartments that need the kitchens And bathroom items and other miscellaneous items setup over 2 days. unpack all the items, install in the right cupboards, help dispose of rubbish.

I have a rental property let to young professionals and provide a bi-weekly clean of the communal areas which are Kitchen, Lounge, Bathroom and Hallways/Stairs (ground hallway and two landings). This will be a regular job NOT a one-off; every two weeks and need to be on the same day each time (doesn't have to be a Thursday as stated - I had to put something in!) and at the same time starting around 8.30-9am. Please note, prior to the first clean you will just need to pop round one evening to meet the tenants as obviously they need to be comfortable with the person coming round on a regular basis.
