TV repair Panasonic TX-p50x60b loud crack smoke smell gone off TV repair To Panasonic TX-p50x60b. Whilst watching there was a loud bang, then an electrical smoke smell but no extra heat or flames. Then the TV went off and wont come back on obviously. Sounds like the Varistor/ MOV / capacitor / fuse went pop , was loud too.
