Looking for a one time clean of our rear garden - 30ft x 30ft as well as a heavy weeding along the inside and outside of our fence and front driveway. Weed treatment applied to ground to slow regrowth. The garden is tarmac - no grass to cut but some weeds growthing through. Also it has fallen leaves to clear as well as old garden waste / bags to remove. A potting section needs to be tidied as well - pots emptied and washed and stacked. There is also a side hedge that will need trimming back as well as a pear tree that needs trimming too. I'd say this is 3-4 hours of work but putting at 4 hours to be safe and for a very good job and clean result. Whilst there is a single green wheelie bin, it will not take all waste and bidder will need to have means to remove waste. Please quote to include weed treament for ground (nothing extra special).
