Removal of an existing single side hung metal gate (see image) and installation of new aluminium gate (see link below). From reading the installation guide and reviews it sounds like an easy installation, likely a couple of hours work for a competent installer (which I am not!). Replace fence post. Old wooden one has rotten and broken. I have removed and dug down to old postcrete. I have the replacement fence post and post crete already.

On one side of garden i need to install 6 concrete fence posts and fence panels. The old wood posts will need to be removed. On the other side of garden, 2 fence posts need to be replaced with concrete posts. The fence panels can be kept, its just the posts that need to be changed.

Dispose of waste / existing fence. - rear width of 13m: install new fence, might need replacement for one or two concrete posts. Remove wasts / old fence. Quote should include labour and cost of removal of waste/existing fences. I have assumed a materials cost of around £2000, which should sit outside of this quote, but opportunities for savings on this can be mentioned in the replies. I may need to break down the work into two tasks for a later date, so please include the breakdown for the side fence and the rear fence in your replies. Part of our fence is damaged and needs replacing. Fence line needs to be changed slightly to follow original fence line.

Removal of fence panel and replace but possible new post added

You'll need to collect the fencing and use your own tools to remove the rotting fence that's there, and replace it securely with the new fence. I'd like the fence wood stained to match other side in the garden i.e. the shed.

Install by simply sliding 8x garden 6ft wooden fence panels into place / existing concrete posts. 6x Wooden fence to be installed as normal sizes. 2x Wooden fence to be cut to size using electric tool.
