The electric shower turned itself off today and I noticed the fuse had tripped. I flicked it back on and it worked. Lager my partner went to use the shower and it tripped the switch again but wouldn't turn the shower back on when the fuse was flickdd back on. The pully switch outside the shower door on the ceiling is also now switched to the off position, however when I try to switch the fuse back on a snap/bang sound comes from the ceiling pully light. My electric shower unit Triton T80 had its pressure relief go, which means there is pressure built up in the system or the showerhead. The pressure relief needs to be replaced, as well as the showerhead. Please give me a complete cost including the spares (showerhead should be a medium priced one, not the super cheap ones as that is what blew the relief..) and everything included, i will not renegotiate pricing after a deal is made, as the landlond needs to OK it. Looking at how much a new official showerhead costs as well as the pressure relief, i would also like to know the total cost of replacing the whole unit as some of them can be had (the same one, more modern i believe) in screwfix for £120.
