I have a converted van with a 12V electrical system that powers the water pump and lights in the back. These have stopped working. I have no electrical experience and bought the van with the system working. The van has: A standard starter battery under the bonnet (Halfords). A leisure battery and inverter/charger system is installed under the bed. Wiring from the starter battery to the leisure battery. I need someone to: Diagnose why the 12V system is not working. Check connections, fuses, and wiring between the starter battery, split charge relay/DC-DC charger, and leisure battery. Test the leisure battery’s charge level and condition. Repair or replace any faulty wiring, fuses, or components so the pump and lights work again. Tools and electrical knowledge will be needed.

I've started installing electrical system for a self-built camper van conversion based on a diagram provided to me by the suppliers of the electrical system. I've got everything installed (inverter, charger, solar panel, MPPT, battery switch, positive and negative bus bars, external hookup, consumer unit, midi fuses, mega fuses, fuse box, etc.) However, i need help with two things: 1) I don't know how to connect the split charger to the van battery and I need someone to help with that. I've already got the device and all the correct size cables and bits you will need. I just need to connect the charger thingy to the positive of the van battery, but I don't know how to access the van battery and I'm too scared to mess with it. It's a Ford Transit 2019 version. 2) I would like the same person to be able to double check all my installation to confirm I've done it correctly, and if not, rectify them (I understand there might be additional cost if that's the situation). It must be someone with camper van building and successful camper electrical installation experience. In addition, if achievable within budget (we can discuss a reasonable cost), it would be nice if the same person can also help finish the second part of the installation by connecting 2 LED lights, water pump, fridge, thermometer, and 2 plug sockets to the fuse box.

Getting this intermittent fault error on dash. Vehicle electronic fault shift to P. I can buy the repair part myself.
