The battery cut out while wheel was on but not moving. After that no charging light appeared and would not charge. However when wheeled the wheel itself does not move freely and has resistance, when far left clip on motherboard is removed the wheel runs smoothly but does not turn on or charge. See photo's. On the main cable damage is visible but I don't know what is causing what or why.

I think the wiring may have been damaged during installation, as the cable may have twisted and cut internally.
