We’ve had a radiator leak water onto the floor (it’s now stopped), and the boiler now has no pressure and needs resetting.

I have a Worcester Greenstar 28i Junior boiler in my flat which has been switched off for a while and needs recharging. I need someone to recharge it, test the hot water and central heating (and bleed the radiators as necessary). Thank you!

The boiler is currently only providing lukewarm water for a few minutes before the water goes completely cold. This issue is ongoing and means there is no reliable hot water available at the property. Could someone please attend the property to inspect the boiler and carry out the necessary repairs so that it is producing hot water properly again? The quote is for labour, I will pay for materials separately.

New boiler, has been working perfectly. Needs re-pressurise. Tried and opened the valves as instructed by manual but no water flow no water hissing. One valve a little leaking when open , needs to open the bolt check the ring and close back.

I have a Breville Dual Boiler BES920 (Australian model). Symptoms: – Steam wand works normally – Brew pump runs but espresso does not come out – Hot water tap only drips – Loud rattling noise when brewing This is a very common BES920 issue and is almost certainly a blocked brew solenoid valve or scale blockage. I’m looking for someone experienced with espresso machine repair to: – remove the top panel – clean the brew solenoid / brew outlet – reassemble and test No parts required unless damaged. Machine runs on 230V (AU model, UK power compatible).

Installation of a hard-wired Hive thermostat to replace a manual thermostat that was installed with my Worcester combo-boiler. The boiler is a Worcester Bosch 8000 system and only installed 18 months ago - so should be compatible with the Hive thermostat. I’ve bought a Hive bundle that include the hub to allow set up of the WiFi-enabled remote control. I’ve included pictures of the boiler system, current thermostat unit and Hive pack. My combination boiler is not working. I would like someone with No Call Out Charges to come and have a look at it and find out if it can be fixed and fix it.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!

Heating system not working. Radiators are completely cold. Boiler is showing a flashing alarm/fault light and will not reset. System appears locked in fault mode and requires inspection and repair.

Need a full boiler inspection and certification and any repairs or tinkering carried out so it's running efficiently for winter.

We have a bathroom cabinet which has lights built in. It looks to be all wired in correctly. We’ve tried replacing the bulbs but it is still not working. Would also like a shaver power port installed if possible. We have also purchased a new heating system tado, but it requires power to the compartment the boiler is stored in. There is currently a cable running there so I believe they just needs to be a new socket added.

My boiler engineer has assessed the issue but he is too busy to go and fix it. He told me the boiler needs descaling with strong chemicals
