Replace thermostat and receiver on my combi boiler

Hi, I'm looking for someone to create access underneath my kitchen boiler. The boiler is wall-mounted inside a kitchen cupboard and there is currently very little clearance between the bottom of the boiler and the cupboard base. I believe a section of the wooden/laminated cupboard base will need to be carefully cut out in situ, likely using a multi-tool, to provide access underneath the boiler for servicing. Ideally I'd like the cut to be left neat and, if possible, the section made removable for future access. No work to the boiler itself is required.

The pressure is dropping so fast and often it probably needs a new valve or something

We have a gas boiler it seems to work but upstairs radiators not heating up.

I have a large old-fashioned boiler in my studio flat, which heats the hot water for the flat as well as the heating. It needs to be bled as the hot water has dropped off - this usually happens when any work takes place in the building water system, and air ends up getting trapped in the flat boiler. I have included a photo of a similar type of boiler to the one in the flat. Same issue has happened before, and it is a quick fix just bleeding the extra air is needed (took only a few minutes for a plumber to do it last time)

I need my gas boiler serviced and checked. I also have under floor heating that I would like to have checked works as intended (at the moment it ONLY comes on when the radiator heating thermostat is also activated) - can pay in addition if this requires further work.

We are moving into a new house. It has been empty for over a year. Five things that we need: (1) Boiler is switching on but not getting pressure / showing error, hence, not working. So need to check that. (2) Light switch is out of the socket. Need to install that. (3) House has a speaker system installed - need to figure out how that works. The thermostat screen is intermittently blank, and the heating won’t come on when the display isn’t working. I’ve replaced the batteries and completed basic troubleshooting, but the issue persists. I suspect the thermostat needs replacing, potentially along with the receiver. Parts to be ordered separately and not included in price here. - system pressure was low. I topped up the pressure and reset the boiler; however, the boiler still failed to fire. The appliance was displaying the fault code shown in the photographs provided. I referred to the manufacturer's instructions, which identify this fault as relating to the gas valve. I then contacted the manufacturer directly to confirm, and they advised that the fault is associated with the gas valve and ignition electrodes, with replacement of these components being the recommended course of action. The active fault codes displayed on the front of the boiler provide a clear indication of the fault condition being detected by the appliance, and the manufacturer has confirmed that these codes relate to the gas valve and ignition electrodes.
