I need help with replacing the cartridges from the bath taps - hot and cold.

2 Bathroom taps are slightly leaking and I think it's the cartridges that need changing after 6 years. I don't have the replacement cartridges but should be cheap to buy. I also have the plug not working properly and being inconsistent. This is what I found online about the Tap Tap Vado Notion Mixer NO T-1 0 9 FS /A- C /P ceramic cartridge CAR-K35B
