Prevously the proform 9000 Treadmill's screen was keep restartingand now is not even turning on. I tried hard reset, factory reset changing the power cord, but nothing helped.
Mo was very efficient, professionally conducted a diagnosis on our treadmill and advised on the required next steps to fix the equipment.

I have fibre broadband and have been with both TalkTalk and Sky, in both cases the wifi regularly drops out throughout the day and we are getting around 11mbps download speed instead of the guaranteed 60mbps. Openreach have been out on several occasions and replaced the hardware but nothing has changed. I would like and see if an independent person can find an issue inside the house that is causing such unreliable wifi
