I have a couple of heating related issues that need attending to. 1. While all rooms in our flat stay nice and warm, for some reason the bedroom doesn’t, our radiator is under a year old and the valiant boiler system is brand new too but the radiator doesn’t get as hot at the other rooms and leaves us freezing at night. 2. We have underfloor heating in our bathroom but have never managed to figure out how to turn it on, need someone that knows what they’re looking at to have a look at it and see if it can be switched on or if it’s a broken system.

The heating system has a lot of trapped air and needs expelling as the boiler is not coming on due to this. I have had no hot water and heating for 3 weeks and have been told that this may be the issue

I have a floor heating system, one of the bedroom is not heating up

My insinkerator has stopped working. The heating to my bedroom no longer works. When on, the heating makes a clicking noise directly outside my bedroom. It is loud and means we have to turn the heating off overnight.

Last night the boiler started coming on without any demand for central heating - some of the radiators in the flat were very warm. This has continued throughout the day (we have a Tado system so I can see there's no call for central heating) - the only way we've been able to stop this is by turning off the boiler entirely to prevent the flat overheating

The thermostat for the central cooling is broken. The air con is blowing cold air out so the air con needs to be shut/switched down. So far we are unable to find the fuse for it.
