Need new radiator installed in bedroom. Need to fix radiator that is not working

Heating engineer to inspect the radiators in the apartment. Two radiators one upstairs and one downstairs in particular are completely cold. Needs to be fixed urgently.

Boiler supplies hot water to radiators upstairs and underfloor heating downstairs. UFH downstairs has been working well for 2 years and recently had a 2 port valve replaced. The UFH is not kicking starting when the stats are turned up.

My heating system has completely stopped working. Both the boiler and the wall controller/thermostat have no power at all – no lights, no response. It looks like neither unit is receiving electricity. I’m not sure if this is a boiler/heating issue or an electrical problem (fused spur, wiring, controller power supply, etc). I need someone who can diagnose and repair the issue in the same visit

My heater air-conditioner is on but I cannot get it to either cool or warm the room.

Downstairs heating is only underfloor. Seems like a technical issue as upstairs heating is working

I have a couple of heating related issues that need attending to. 1. While all rooms in our flat stay nice and warm, for some reason the bedroom doesn’t, our radiator is under a year old and the valiant boiler system is brand new too but the radiator doesn’t get as hot at the other rooms and leaves us freezing at night. 2. We have underfloor heating in our bathroom but have never managed to figure out how to turn it on, need someone that knows what they’re looking at to have a look at it and see if it can be switched on or if it’s a broken system.

The build up is 6mm Jackoboard, DCM-Pro mat (peel and stick), warm-up DCM-pro cable on 100mm self-smoothing compound. 3 thermostats

The heating system has a lot of trapped air and needs expelling as the boiler is not coming on due to this. I have had no hot water and heating for 3 weeks and have been told that this may be the issue
